Aberdaron Area



Known as ‘Pen Draw’r Byd’ (roughly ‘the end of the earth’) Aberdaron lies at the very tip of the Llŷn Peninsula, reaching out towards the legendary Ynys Enlli/Bardsey Island. The village has a rich history and the surrounding area on this north coast of Llŷn boasts some diverse wildlife and impressive natural features, with undulating hills and an exceptional string of coves, headlands, beaches and bays, most of which are easily reached from the Llŷn Coastal path.

Gorwedda Aberdaron, sy’n cael ei adnabod fel ‘Pen Draw’r Byd’ ar ben blaen Pen Llŷn, yn ymestyn am ynys chwedlonol Ynys Enlli. Mae hanes cyfoethog i’r pentref ac mae’r ardal gyfagos ar arfordir gogleddol Llŷn yn meddu ar fywyd gwyllt amrywiol iawn a nodweddion naturiol arbennig. Mae yno fryniau tonnog a chasgliad eithriadol o gildraethau, pentiroedd, traethau a chilfachau môr, gyda’r rhan fwyaf ohonyn nhw o fewn cyrraedd o lwybr arfordir Llŷn.
